My mom gave me this lymphatic drainage facial brush and I must admit at first I was skeptical. ANOTHER tool!? Well, after some research and testing I’m hooked. It’s much better than using a gua sha because it is gentle and doesn’t pull on the skin. Similar concept where you brush outwards from the centre of the face and pull down towards your neck to drain. I notice a real difference around puffy eyes and cheeks when I use this brush! It’s a perfect gift and morning/evening ritual that is incredibly calming. Apply Dew Dream, then Inner Glow, followed by a few minutes of facial brushing, and finish with your Eye Petals.

I absolutely love a Mediterranean dinner night - it hits all the spots! Creamy tzatziki, juicy chicken, fresh veggies, and allll the spices. I could eat this every night! What makes it even easier is using the Shawarma Spice from New York Shuk!

Entertainment I'm Loving:
I’m not going to claim this is highly intellectual, creatively inspired televion but I will say it’s sweet, funny, super engaging, plus a great escape show! It did what many shows cannot achieve: it made me laugh out loud. Running Point season 2 feels familiar and warm - just how I like my escapist tv shows. I can’t help but smile watching Kate Hudson float across the screen and Brenda Song brings me right back to my childhood Disney days. The writing (thank you Mindy Kaling and Ike Barinholtz) is witty, quick and so endearing.

Not my sexiest find of the week, but perhaps one of the most practical and game changing!
