We have become more aware of our lips than ever - are they thin? Dry? Too pale? The confidence a hydrated, plump and slightly pink lip gives me is pretty unmatched. As we age our lips lose volume and appear thinner and have less colour. Especially in the winter when our skin is a little paler our lips can drain the life out of our complexion even more. I have been reaching for this perfect daily combo: a super natural flushed lip stain + vaseline lip treatment. The lip stain keeps my lips slightly pink, like I’ve been eating a popsicle or lollipop, and the vaseline ensures they’re hydrated and soft. My current go-to is the Dior Lip Tint in Natural Fuchsia and vaseline in Rosy Lips. I only need to apply it maybe 1-2 times a day for the perfect naturally flushed lip.

I’ll admit when my mom proposed making these Pistachio White Chocolate Rice Krispie Squares I didn’t have high hopes. Oh was I wrong! From the crunchy krispie layer, to the smooth caramel and topped with a pistachio white chocolate - these are as decadent as it gets. Surprisingly they aren’t overly sweet. They’re a perfect balance of crisp with a nutty depth and luxurious touch. An absolute must try (and share if you can).

Task had me HOOKED! I looked forward to watching it every single night. There are numerous plots going on that might have you confused at first (my husband asked about 8000 questions causing me to need to pause every 5 mins to explain), but they weave together and keep you so engaged in the plot lines. You will find yourself rooting for unlikely characters, clutching your chest, and maybe even shedding a few tears.

When did we stop using teeth whiteners? Or was that just me? This week we dove into researching what the very best ones were and to my surprise the classic Crest 3D Whitestrips were the winners! My mom and I tried them out and can confirm even after one use you will notice a difference. We have used them twice now and definitely see results. They are slightly sensitizing so I wouldn’t use them daily for too long, but I will absolutely keep using them to keep my teeth bright, especially before an event. They also stay on your teeth so much better than they used to; with less seepage from the strips for a much more enjoyable experience.
