Find of the Week:

I’ve been doing little design changes around the house to make it feel more modern, custom and like ours. One thing that has made a big difference with little effort is changing all of the door handles and kitchen cabinet knobs. I found these on amazon and the quality and look is great! It’s so much more modern and cohesive.

Entertainment I’m Loving:

“A delicious new Gilded Age family drama… a guilty pleasure that also feels like a sociological text.” —Vogue.
I fell in love with Pineapple Street by Jenny Jackson just like I did with The Gilded Age and The Buccaneers - escapist, indulgent, full of loveable characters. An absolute must-read!

Recipe I’m Loving:

Here is the original recipe - I made a few tweaks.

My sweet tooth has been firing up like crazy so I’m always searching for a dessert that’s made from real ingredients, satisfies the cravings, and doesn’t make me feel sick after. Enter these delicious peanut butter banana balls. They’re the perfect high protein, sweet, salty, delicious treat that I honestly snack on all day!

Ingredients:

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1/2 cup cashew butter
  • 3/4 cup ground almonds
  • 3/4 cup oat flour
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein (optional) sub with more oat flour or ground almonds
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup
  • Dash of vanilla bean paste
  • pinch of cinnamon
  • sprinkling of maldon salt
  • Melted chocolate for coating

Mix everything together, form into balls (size of your choice), enrobe in melted chocolate. Pop them in the fridge until the chocolate hardens and enjoy!

What I’m Reminding Myself:

Give yourself breaks and enjoy the process. There is no rush to the imaginary finish line.

Until next week! xo Amandine
