The Farmhouse Edit: Edition 07

Hi friends!

Welcome to the seventh edition of The Farmhouse Edit: where we share what we’ve been coveting and discovering, from the best of beauty and beyond. Let’s dive in!

A Moment We’re Celebrating

This week I had the pleasure of visiting Western University to speak on a panel about my journey starting Amandine Sol Botanicals. Alongside Dr. Asha Parekh and Dr. Marlene Bagatto, two impressive, brilliant women who have innovated new medical technologies, practices and research, we shared our experiences which, despite being in very different fields, had many parallels. The We-Empower mission is to help the already highly accomplished attendees learn more about entrepreneurship and research commercialization to promote the development of new medical technologies. Crazy just writing that...

What's Fresh:

October produce to savour: delicata squash (so good sautéed with maple syrup), apples, pear, pumpkin, spaghetti squash (the tiktok viral recipe of feta + tomato roasted inside is worth the hype), swiss chard, parsnip, beet and butternut squash.

What We’re Watching:

I'm not ganna lie and say I'm watching anything groundbreaking - it's been Gilmore Girls on repeat. Fall vibes all day every day.

What Beauty We’re Loving:

We've been adding a spritz of Dew Dream to our foundation and concealer to keep our skin hydrated and happy as the drier months arrive. Dewy, hydrated, healthy skin is always in.

What We’re Reminding Ourselves:

Take an 'Inner Glow' moment for yourself every day this week - whether its 2 seconds or 2 minutes. Massage Inner Glow Face Oil into your palm, take three deep breaths, pat into your skin, and think about what makes you glow from within.

Until next week! xo Amandine
