The Farmhouse Edit: Edition 47

Hi friends!

Welcome to the 47th edition of The Farmhouse Edit: where we share what we’ve been coveting and discovering, from the best of beauty and beyond.

Beauty I’m Loving:

I have been really enjoying taking the time to apply my skincare products, not skipping any steps, massaging them in, taking a few deep breaths of Inner Glow as I apply it. Not only does it start and end my day so peacefully, but my skin has really improved. I noticed my smile lines have really plumped up and my skin has been bouncier than ever.

Entertainment I’m Loving:

Paradise on Hulu is my latest binge - political thriller, great cast, major cliffhanger all make for a great watch. I believe it has already been renewed for season 2 and it just came out recently.

Recipe I’m Loving

Sometimes an old faithful recipe is even better than a brand new one. This sheet pan veggie dish is SO good and perfect for summer. Toasted broccolini, crispy feta, fresh lemon and borderline caramelized red onion - this is my go-to veg dish this last week.

Ingredients:

  • 1 bunch of broccolini, trimmed and sliced
  • 1/2 lemon, rounds sliced
  • 1/2 red onion, sliced
  • 1 brick feta, broken up
  • 1 tsp chili flakes
  • Optional: 1 pint cherry tomatoes
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • Basil for garnish

Heat oven to 400. Place all of the ingredients, except feta, on a baking tray lined with tinfoil, toss with olive oil until well coated. Nestle the feta between all of the veggies and pop it into the oven. Roasted until the broccolini ends are charred and the feta is browned. Garnish with basil, and serve with your fav meal (highly recommend orzo).

What I’m Reminding Myself:

There is nothing more important than being present with our loved ones - uninterrupted, no phones, just enjoying each other’s presence. Next time you’re next to your fav person, tell them, and really soak in that moment.

Until next week! xo Amandine
