The Farmhouse Edit: Edition 43

Hi friends!

Welcome to the 43rd edition of The Farmhouse Edit: where we share what we’ve been coveting and discovering, from the best of beauty and beyond.

Wild Story!

You may have noticed we sold out of both products (for the first time ever!) WELL our restock was en route to us when the entire shipment got stolen! What was supposed to be a fresh batch of product was stolen then swapped with a box of bolts! We now have a limited stock of Inner Glow while the full batch is remade - never a dull moment!

Beauty Talk

Did you know Omega-7 is one of the rarest but also most beneficial essential fatty acids for our skin? It hydrates the skin, repairs it and reduces inflammation; making it an incredible ingredient for skin conditions like acne dry skin, rosacea and to slow signs of aging! Inner Glow Face Oil is one of the few products on the market packed with omega 7, 3, 6 and 9!

Entertainment I’m Loving:

I have been devouring the new show called The Pitt - it is by far the most accurate medical show I’ve ever seen! It is raw, fast-paced, and they throw in some good humorous moments so it’s not too heavy. Highly recommend tuning in!

Recipe I’m Loving

Green smoothies get a bad rap for being earthy or tasting like medicine but I have made this recipe that I literally crave every day. It is packed with fruits, veggies, and protein that are equally as delicious as they are healthful and will make us glow from the inside out!

Green Smoothie Recipe:

Makes 1 smoothie

Ingredients:

2 handfuls spinach

2 heaping spoonfuls greek yoghurt (vanilla or plain)

1/4 cup frozen pineapple

half of an avocado (frozen or fresh)

1/2 banana (frozen or fresh)

1 tbs chia seeds

1 scoop protein powder (this one is my fav and made in Canada!)

1 kiwi

Throw it all in a blender and blend for 1 minute or until smooth!

What We’re Reminding Ourselves:

It is what it is.

Until next week! xo Amandine
