If you love Bourdain the way I love Bourdain — you need to see this one. It's not the globe-trotting, chain-smoking icon we all miss. It's him at 19, broke, aimless, landing in a Provincetown kitchen almost by accident — and you watch him fall in love with the chaos of it. The grease, the yelling, the burns, the pride of finally being good at something with your hands. Dominic Sessa plays him and somehow captures that restless, hungry energy before the legend part happened. If you've ever felt like work has changed you a little, this one's going to hit somewhere real.
