I found this sheet mask amongst the millions of products I have and decided to pamper myself the other day and was completely blown away by how hydrated and happy my skin was after. Deep lines had plumped right up, dry skin vanished - my skin literally bounced.

Crazy name but this sauce will be your kitchen superpower. As we speak I am turning this sauce into a delicious Chinese chicken salad - swapping the typical mayo base of a chicken salad to this umami perfection - this will be the perfect lunch all week. I poached chicken, shredded it, added in edamame, cucumber and this sauce with the shredded chicken and hello - lunch is served. You can eat it with fresh bread, crackers or my move is lettuce cups to make it even healthier.

Now this is the feel good show you need to watch tonight (while doing your skincare routine). It’s like a modern mix of Girls meets New Girl - sitcom meets flashback to the grind years in New York. Each character is loveable and has a great little story to tell, and it instantly brings you back to your 20’s working towards your work dreams with a serious comedy of errors along the way. Trust me, you’ll love it.

Find of the Week:
I truly believe there is no such thing as too many lipsticks. We need different shades, formulas and finishes depending on the day. I recently tried Mary Phillips’ (makeup artist to the Kardashians, Hailey Bieber and all the LA cool girls) lip products and I love them! They’re like a grown up version of Rhode. The liner is so creamy and the lipstick is perfectly sheer. I got the shade Slow Burn in the lip and French Exit in the liner which, according to this pic don’t go together, but in person they’re a perfect match for your lips but better.
