These pita chips are so addictive and take me back to summers at our family cottage. My mom would throw these together with an amazing tuna salad - she remembers it as her go-to easy recipe to feed hangry kids when she was busy and trying to do 10 other things. I remember it as a classic summer lunch that we would eat outside together and pick at for the rest of the day. Now I make these pita chips for my husband and he devours them and I taste summers at the cottage with my family. They're also amazing broken up on a salad, paired with cheese, or used as a scoop for your fav salad.

Ingredients:
- Pita rounds (however many you want - I usually do about 4-5)
- Olive oil
- Salt and Pepper
- 2 cloves garlic
Directions:
- Heat oven to 400 degrees
- Stack pita rounds on a cutting board and slice into pizza slices. Split the pita layers in two.
- Place sliced pita into a bowl, drizzle with enough olive oil until every piece is well coated. Mix in minced garlic, salt and pepper. Give it a really good toss so the garlic is well distributed.
- Place pita slices in an even layer on a baking sheet. Pop in the oven for about 15 minutes - until edges are golden brown and crispy.
