Ingredients
- 1 Bunch Kale
- 1 Avocado
- 1 15 oz can White Beans
- ⅓ Cup Hemp Hearts
- ⅓ Cup Sunflower Seeds
- ⅓ Cup Pumpkin Seeds
Dressing:
- ⅓ Cup Olive Oil
- ¼ Cup Lemon Juice
- 1-2 Tablespoons Maple Syrup
- 2 Teaspoons Dijon Mustard
- 2 Cloves Garlic, mashed
- Sea Salt & Black Pepper
Directions

Wash, dry and chop kale into small pieces. Place kale and a pinch of salt into a large bowl - massage with your hands to soften the kale.

Chop avocado into small pieces and add to the bowl.

Drain and rinse your white beans, then add them to the bowl with the kale and avocado, alongside your hemp hearts, sunflower seeds, and pumpkin seeds.

Add all of your dressing ingredients to a small bowl or jar and whisk or shake until fully combined.

Toss dressing into the salad, spritz yourself with a refreshing mist of Dew Dream, and enjoy!
