The Farmhouse Edit: Edition 23

Hi friends!

Welcome to the twenty third edition of The Farmhouse Edit: where we share what we’ve been coveting and discovering, from the best of beauty and beyond. Let’s dive in!

A Moment We’re Celebrating

We’re starting the Mother’s Day celebrations early because let’s be real, moms deserve way more than one day of celebration. My mom is my best friend, business partner, stylist, and everything in between so I’m rounding up my fav gifts for mom! 💚

PLUS a gift from us to you - enjoy 15% off site wide from today until May 13th with code MOM

Something She’ll Devour:

My mom and I love trading recipes, but I know what she really loves is when I find a great recipe AND make it for her. We both have a major sweet tooth but we’re trying to be more conscious of sugar intake. This date caramel recipe looks delicious and could be a great alternative. I plan on making a big batch, putting it in a cute jar, and making her a little sliced fruit plate to go along with it. A sweet treat from the heart - what could be better!?

Something She’s Coveting:

My mom and I have both been coveting the Staud Tommy bag, especially the sardine one, it’s so darn cute and perfect for summer.

Something She’ll Really Appreciate:

This is more than a gift, it’s an *experience* every mom needs. I’m setting up the perfect self-care day: Inner Glow Face Oil + Dew Dream Spray Serum + Eye Petals = the perfect at-home spa routine. Step 1) we do our skincare routine together and catch up on all the gossip, 2) I make my famous snack-cuterie board (a multitude of our fav snacks (sweet, salty, healthy, sugary), 3) we put on our fav re-run (currently old Real Housewives of New York) and we enjoy the nostalgia while being totally blissed out.

What We’re Reminding Ourselves:

Mother’s Day can be incredibly challenging and as someone who is extremely close to their mom and came scary close to losing her, I completely understand how this day can either be amazing or difficult. I want to remind everyone that a mom can be a mother figure, whether that’s a best friend, dad, aunt or cousin, it’s a special bond between two people that is just as important to celebrate. Remember this and reach out to someone on Mother’s Day who might need an extra dose of your love.

Until next week! xo Amandine
